Voice Prompts
Voice prompts are used to guide millions of callers through interactive voice response (IVR) and voice user interface (VUI) systems, directing users through keypad menus or data input procedures. Other applications that use voice prompts include on-hold messaging, speech recognition, website narration, promotional voice mail, sales demos, and GPS navigation devices. It takes an experienced, specialized, and talented team to create effective voice prompts. Composing informative and unambiguous scripts requires an in-depth understanding of end-user usability paired with product details.
